    Question Must IndexU staff install purchased software?

    On the IndexU purchase page it says:

    Our technical support will install your script within 24 hours. Please email us at support@nicecider.com after purchased containing your indexu software transaction number, installation transaction number, your server information (ftp server, username, and password) and mysql account (hostname, username, password, and database name).
    Do I understand correctly that once I pay for the software, they require access to my server to install it? That's just not possible - we do not open up access for others to FTP.

    Have I misunderstood? Or do I need to look for anther software solution :-)

    You can install it yourself.

    That paragraph is directed to those need assistance installing INDEXU.

    just follow the instructions in the readme.txt file and use the install.php file
