Multilang feature

Hello:

Some 2 years ago I developed a little hack in order to have a multilang frontend (i.e. bilingual templates, links and/or categories).

I was wondering if a multilang feature of this kind had been implemented in the core code since then (IndexU deluxe?).

IndexU Deluxe has a multilanguage feature yes. So far the only translations that are complete are english and indonesian. There are a number underway however.

Thank you for your quick answer. Does that mean that a backend user can enter a link and/or a category in multiple languages so that these links/categories will be parsed and rendered depending on the front end user's profile/preference.

Never tried it, but it may work depending on what characters need to be replaced.
