Meta Description and Page Titles

I don’t see anything in the “meta description” tags on the demo site.

Is this something that is configurable so it will change with each page that is loaded? (Like category name gets put in meta description.) Not something that is static and stays the same throughout the whole site.

Is it possible to change the order of the page title?

The demo site has something like this:
<title>Browse by categories: Top > Computers & Software > PC and Hardware</title>

I would like something like:
<title> PC and Hardware | Computers & Software | Top</title>

I made a hack that puts keywords and meta descriptions onto detail pages :

but other than that you can make changes directly to the html fiels for this, or enter them into the database and they will be popualted into the meta description/keyword area.

It's in admin panel > link > add > fetch meta tag. Not only a meta tag, this also fetch the webmaster email address. You can see the screenshot here: http://www.indexuguide.com/BuildingGeneralWebDirectory

I would like something like:

You can't. It should be done with hacking the codes.
