Lousy Support and Defective Products

The Extreme DMOZ Exporter doesn't work. The new DMOZ format is not supported and the tech support doesn't reply to client's complaints.

How can you sell defective product knowing that it doesn't work???

I'm not the first person complaining about it and your ignore it?
This reckless disregard all business rules.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a software company.

You have violated the terms of your own license, so at this point I'm giving you an official notice about it.

One thing that DMOZ extractor can not do is extracting foreign language.
Otherwise it work very well.

If you have submitted a support ticket, please let me know your ticket ID. I talked with our tech support team that all dmoz ticket has been resolved. It should work well except the foreign language.

Dody, when was the last time you actually downloaded the DMOZ dump and tried to use your own extractor???

DMOZ has changed their format to DMOZ 2.0 recently and your extractractor can't even parse one single line!

So this means that if I go with IndexU I won't be able to use the importer with the latest DMOZ file format?

The new plugin sounded like just what I was looking for, but now this doesn't sound good...

Ah, I think I was confusing this extractor with the new plug-in that was released. I thought that was what the one he was referring to. Silly me.
