License Purchase

Hi there,
I have installed the free version and purchased the License Removal. After my purchase, I didn't receive a log in or download link. I went back and ordered the free version. The license removal is not showing in my client area.

I have installed the free version and am VERY impressed with it and want to purchase more licenses. I have customised the free version that I have installed. If I purchase a license that allows me access to the source code, will I have to re-customise it? or can I still keep the work that I have done?

I replied to your ticket, check your bulk email box as your mail provider probably filtered it. We have no control over that.

You cannot order copyright removal for the free version, it's only for the full/paid version.

The free version is based on IndexU 5.40. If you use IndexU 5.41 you would not have to change your theme. If you wanted to use IndexU Deluxe then you would need to modify the theme again as 5.4 and Deluxe themes are not compatible.

I want to purchase a single license... My client is interested in 2 directories. I want to install the full version to demonstrate it.

Can I get an upgrade to the from the single license to the 10 license pack if my client definitely goes ahead?

Also, I require a custom Mod. Do you do this work? It is pretty simple what I require... my customer wants to use it as an accommodation listing site to show properties that people can book. (Web Site visitors send an email to book, then my client calls them to take payment).

So when you view each property in detail, below each property should be a form that the web site visitor can submit to book. This obviously needs to send which property the customer is referring to as part of the email.

Yes you can upgrade license packages, it has to be done manually however.

What you want is a contact type of form, very simple and not worth hiring someone to do. I'd have to think about the best way to go about doing it, but it would be easy.

How do I get my hands on that form that we mentioned in the previous post?

Also, what is the best way to do a (gallery script as per the JPG's I have attached)

Do you really want a gallery script? Or do you just want users to be able to add a few images on each listing?

As for the email, I can't think of a really really simple way to do it. Give me an idea of what fields you would like the user to be able to enter in this form and I'll give it a shot.

Does version 2.0 require PHP 5?

Are you referring to IndexU Deluxe?

IndexU Deluxe does require PHP5

So IndexU Deluxe 1.0 is the current version? I am just a bit confused by this.

I just tried to install... www.accommodationxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.com/install/install.php

My server has PHP version 5.2.6

I CHMOD everything, add the license key to the key.php file as instructed: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
At the end of installation process, the install says it is successful. When I click to go to admin panel, it just goes to a blank page: http://www.accommodaxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.c...%2Fsummary.php

I have tried to re-install and even deleted all files from the server, and started again.

Here are my Database Details:
Database Name: xxxxxxxxx
Database User: xxxxxx
Database Pa$$: xxxxxxxx8r5h

It seems like a fairly easy process... I am not sure what could possibly be wrong. Could you please take a look.

Edit your message and REMOVE your DB information, URL address, and License Key!!!! You've just allowed everyone on the internet to be able to access your entire site!!!

Yes IndexU Deluxe is the latest version.

What does your apache error_log say? If you're getting a blank page there should be something showing up in the error_log.
