I'm not sure how long it takes everyone else to set-up the script, but i had it up and running in no time at all.

Looks like it's going to take me a lot longer to work out how everything works tho. I must have put the directory folders in about 3 times already and had to take them back out again because i made a mistake.

Oh well, 2 days later and it's starting to take shape.

Yep, getting INDEXU up and running only takes a few minutes. Customizing the templates/html pages can take a few hours.

fortunately, almost all of the bugs have been fixed with the release of the v3.2 series ( and above ).

Thanks for the reply and thanks for a great script.

The thing that takes the most time when you first ever get the script though is changing all the INDEXU text to your own name. It takes some time finding.
Plus changing the title of each page and the name that shows in the toolbar at the bottom of the page. It would be nice if you could do this in the script set-up, but doing a search on these forums sorted that out anyway.
