Is IndexU right for this kind of site?

Hi,

I would like to test out a new entertainment directory for my site. My primary aim is to drive traffic to the site. The site will include user reviews and ratings. I would like a nice customize look and would also like to add a Google Custom Search Engine (CSE) to the template.

Is IndexU the right script for this kind of site? Where would I go for a custom template? What are the primary advantages of using IndexU vs. Esyndicat Pro for a site like this? Thanks.

IndexU is very customizable. It can be configured to your needs and have it's theme modified however you want it.

It is quite easy to impliment the Google COOP CSE. I have done it on a few sites.

There are a number of people on the forum that do custom templates, including Nicecoder themselves, myself, inspireme and others. You could simply ask in the Help Wanted forum for quotes on a custom skin and should receive some offers.
