I haven't seen it listed anywhere but does IndexU accommodate a feature that allows each listing to have an image? By that I mean if you were a hotel listing, is it possible have to an image of the hotel included in the listings?

Is it also possibe to intergrate it into my own templates as opposed to those supplied?

Yes you can. It can be done with create a custom field in admin panel. The custom field will have 'image' type so that it will have image upload capability.
