You are allowed to modify the script for your own use. However, I do not believe that you are allowed to remove the copyright from the actual script.

It is not necessary to keep the copyright notice on the actual html pages which are generated by the script.

The price of the script is US$99 for one web site.

Indexu is a very powerful and user-friendly script and the Indexu community is continuously growing.

We don't sell Indexu copyright. It means once you purchase Indexu, you can make any modifications for your own but you are not allowed to sell again with a new name, for example. I hope I can get your point.
