The full version of the DMOZ Extractor can extract millions of listings if that's what you're asking.

IndexU can easily handle tens of thousands of websites. I would suggest that the more sites you add that you may want to look at a dedicated serverif you want to add a couple hundred thousand or more. The script can handle the listings, but the server needs the processing power in order to deliver them.

If you plan on making a clone of dmoz.org simply forget it. It would only be duplicate content anyways and you'd be wasting time and energy on a site that was too big for one person to manage.
