Default How many people are in the support staff?

I have been a member for a very long time. I bought indexu way back in the day. It has come a very long way since then!

One thing I do remember from back then was that support was always a little slow. I always got my issues straightened out, but it usually took a while...

Since indexu is so much more advanced than it used to be, my fear is that since there are a lot more members, with a lot more support issues, that support will be even slower, and it seems after reading a lot of other posts this may be the case...

I always wondered how many people there are actually on the staff that can provide support?

I am thinking about repurchasing this script, as it is one of the best on the market, but I am afraid to have unresolved issues.

    Any input? Thanks.

I wish I could tell you that NiceCoder had world class support, but it doesn't. It isn't the worst, and its not the best. Basically what you experienced back in the day is kinda what you can expect now. The programmers have been stepping up in the forums though. Pungky and Mulana ( two of the NiceCoder programmers ) have basically been posting daily to all support requests and any bug issues. I cant speak on the ticket system as I'm not part of it.

There are roughly 5-7 programmers at NiceCoder. Not all of them work on support issues, but the staff has grown.

I'm sure if you re-purchased IndexU you wont be disappointed. As you said, it is the best product on the market and as long as your not expecting support answers within 10 minutes, you'll be fine
