The easiest way is by installing indexu in your pc (with php+mysql installed too).

If you're planning doing so, then we'd suggest to use xampp (apache friends - xampp) for quick php+mysql installation.

    Hi! Dody,

I downloaded the software as you said. But is there a way to CHMOD files and folders in WinXP. Since without chmod I'm uable to setup the Indexu in my pc. A reply will be appreciated.

So you do not need to chmod the files.
