Can I use indexu like content manager?

1. Can it work same as article management?

I have many main category's articles and many sub categores in each main.
One problem is all pages 're html files . So it 's quite difficult to change the design of all pages.

After I saw indexu, I've got the idea. I would use this script to create articles , game, poem. Can I put these kind of contents in details page?

You can do a lot, but you won't be lucky with it
Indexu is a link engine, if you put tons of content into the database you will lost the control of it.
Today I have a database with round about 500 links. Each link has a lot of content, html and some php-orders in it and now I'm not able to get a good dump of my database....

I don't think it will suit for something like article manager. If it's about poem or lyrics, then indexu can save your time a lot.
