Great Looking product but...

I am ready to purchase this portal but after reviewing this forum it concerns me that there seems to be a lack of support. Would others tell me if I would be frustrated if I purchase this product? I also noticed that when someones question was answered it took a long period of time between original post and the answer to the problem. I just don't want to waste antoher $99 bucks for something that does not work properly.

All I can say is that the product is great, and in 99% of the cases works flawlessly. But if you need support in that 1%, it is nearlty nonexistant.

The product does everything it claims to do.

Most people create their own problems when they try to hack/customize the product to suit their needs.

Installation if very simple and takes less than 5 minutes.

support is really good and will continue to get better as more members join the community.

Thanks for the reply. I feel better about my purchase now. It does take a brave person to have a bulletin board for their product. I will give them that. Thanks again and I will make the purchase.

All my questions have been answered on the emails i send to the indexu support, so the support does work fine i think.
