IS Google PR Included?

Hey all. I'm about 2 questions away from purchasing INDEXU 5.3.0.

I need to know if everything show in the live demo < http://www.nicecoder.com/indexu/demo/index.php > is actually included with the purchase?

Specifically the Google PRloader. Does it come with the purchase?

If you look at the Unlimited or Power Bundle I packages, they come with PRLoader,

In regards to does it come with everything, then yes all the features but not the categories and links of course....

Indexu alone has ability to fetch Google PR, so you do not need to use PRLoader.

I put in for a refund because I just cant use INDEXU. THat was three days ago? How do I know if this refund was fullfilled or not? No one is contacting me. I'm well within 30 days ... In fact, it hasn't been a week yet.
