Few questions before I buy again

I have already bought a single license and its running better than I ever thought. Needless to say it’s a great product. I am considering using it for other websites. I do have a few questions before I commit the money.

1. How does the unlimited license work? Do I have to contact you every time I use it on a new website?
2. My understanding from reading the forum is that you might be selling the company. How will this affect us? Will we still receive free updates? Will the forum stay up?
3. How long before 5.4 is done, would it be best to wait for this release? Or will the price go up?
