WPDirectory Pro Issue

It appears that a number of users have been having issues with downloading WPDirectory Pro over the last few days.

I am aware of the issue and even though I'm away for the weekend I'm working on the issue as best as I can.

Please check the client area and if you still have issues be patient. I will get the issue fixed ASAP.

As a note, I believe I have already fixed it, but I'm awaiting confirmation from some users just to make sure.

The issue has been resolved. However if you still do not see a download, log out of the client area and then log back in. The download will now be there.

2 days to get your attention via emails and the issue still exists. Unable to download the file. By far this is the most unprofessional experience where I have to pay for a software/script and let alone support, there is no delivery of the script!

I cant understand your frustration, but please try and be a little patient. The person in charge of it and support is out of town and only has limited access to the internet. Its been posted on the board for a while that support issues ( which this is ) will be slower than normal.

I'm sure once the issue is cleared up, you'll be happy with your purchase.

The connection here sucks bad so it's taken a bit longer than it needs to, but here's what I found.

Someone finally sent me their username and password to support so I was able to see what the issue was. And here it is

When users first started to say there were issues, I removed the product and readded it. This caused a few small issues on it's own so I went and fixed those. That was last night.

I got the users access this morning and see that the file was corrupt. So I had to call home and talk the person who is watching my dog while I'm away into logging into the computer, loading up FTP, zipping up the product and transferring it (18 minutes to do that, not fun but they managed to it without error).

Then when it was uploaded I downloaded it here, packaged it properly and renamed it and uploaded it again.

And then I looked back into the customers account and confirmed the download is working.

So this time, it's fixed for sure. I can only apologize for the issues. Clients should be able to now dowload without problems.

There is a new release (1.2) coming this week and 3 more free plugins. They are in beta right now but I've released the plugins anyways. There is a minor bug in the social networking plugin that we should have fixed tonight.
