Possible issues with support emails

As a note to visitors and customers, it appears that there is a problem with receiving emails to our support address.

For now, please try and direct any issues to the forum and if it is a sensitive issue please PM me the information.

The mail server has now been fixed and there is now a backlog of support emails to be done. Please be patient whie I respond to questions and I will get to your emails as soon as I can.

I'm about 70% done with the support requests now. The rest may not get answered until tonight.

However please note that you will receive a response to your support mail. There's just a lot of them so it's taking time get through them all and answer them properly. Some difficult tickets are being left until last so other customers can be helped first. All tickets should be resolved by the end of the day however.

All support requests have now been responded to. Since there were so many of them please understand that replies over the next day or so may take a little longer than average due to the amount of responses that may come in.

Support requests should still be answered within 8 hours however. Thanks again.
