    Default IndexU renewal/upgrade special

For a short time, I've decided to go a little crazy and lower pricing yet again on the IndexU renewal/upgrade pricing.

For the rest of this month, the pricing will be as follows

    single license $10
    multi license $39

How do I order an upgrade/renewal?
In the client area, click on View beside your license, then click on "Buy new addons, support and upgrade packages"

Can I renew early and extend my access time by an extra year?
    Absolutely yes.

If you have any issues or questions please let me know.

Exclamation Does not work for me ...

    Hi Bruce,

What do you mean by "renewal" ? I guessed it was 1 more year support.
So I tried to "renew" for my ten-domain license and got the answer : "No extras were for this product were found in the database." (this is the copy/paste)
I also checked some selections on the sidebar menu of the same page with no more result.

So, if "renewal" means "1 more year support", can you please consider that I want a $39 renewal (it is still not the end of the month). I am ready to pay for it as soon as it is technically possible.

Exclamation Did not work for me

    Hi Bruce,

(I wrote the same post yesterday, but I suppose I made a mistake as it does not appear in the thread ?)

What is "renew" ? Do you mean "renew" 1 year support ? If yes, then it does not work for my 10 domain- license (I operated as you said to).

This is not yet the end of the month, so can you please charge me only $39 for support renewal, as soon as it becomes again technically possible for me to buy it (given your special offer is for support).

    Regards
    Gus

There's no reason why it shouldn't work for you as long as you have a Deluxe license.

Can you PM me your email address for the client area and I'll check it out for you?
