iDesk is helpdesk software that allows you to process your daily support requests. It will help you to create a customer support center where you can facilitate eased communication and issue tracking between customers and support staff.

Version 1.61 is a maintenance/bug fix release

The main fix for 1.61 was to fix the bug where attachments were received broken. There were also other minor bug fixes and code improvements.
