Nicecoder is proud to announce the release of iDesk 1.6.2

iDesk is helpdesk software that allows you to process your daily support requests. It will help you to create a customer support center where you can facilitate eased communication and issue tracking between customers and support staff.

Version 1.6.2 is a maintenance/bug fix release

The main change in 1.6.2 is the ability to add additional admins directly from the control panel. Version 1.6.2 also includes a new look for the admin panel that makes iDesk easier to navigate and use.

iDesk v1.6.2 can be downloaded from the client area.

Update - August 21 2008 - There was a delay in adding the manual for v1.6.2 but the manual is now available in the client area.
Update - August 22 2008 - iDesk 1.6.2 was reuploaded to the client area today. There was a small issue with the banned email detection process that was fixed.
