iDesk is helpdesk software that allows you to process your daily support requests. It will help you to create a customer support center where you can facilitate eased communication and issue tracking between customers and support staff.
Basic Requirements

Task scheduler to run POP3 email processing routines. (Windows)

Content of the email is displayed by a mouseover when viewing the tickets
Admin has the ability to strip HTML from emails or view email naturally
Mail in the inbox can be marked as spam and is sent to the Spam Tickets mailbox
Spam filtering via akismet
Search by ticket number (feature was missing in it’s last release)
