The helpdesk is currently unavailable for use. The email address is accepting emails, but the software we use is undergoing some testing to fix an issue.

This issue will be detailed once it has been fixed, no further information will be given until then.

For now please use the forum for support issues.

Once the helpdesk is back I will respond to ALL emails, even if my response is to tell you that the issue has already been resolved.

The helpdesk issue has been resolved, further info will be coming. I took care of most of the tickets tonight, there are still a few to do and those will get done in the morning.
