Due to some issues a new help desk is in use. This means that the old help desk logins do not function and users must sign up to the help desk as a new user.

Additionally, I have been recently added to the help desk to provide support for most issues.
The majority of support tickets are responded to within an eight hour period but please allow up to 24 hours for a response.
A few notes regarding support by me;
1) I am not able to help with billing issues
2) I am unable to help with license issues
If you have a billing or license issue please submit your ticket to the help desk and I will assign your ticket to someone that can assist you.
Also as some of you may have noticed, I am now a moderator on the forum. While there isn't a large call for a moderator there is the continuing issue of spam posts. I take care of those as fast as possible and am working to eliminate them completely.
