Help desk & license issues

We seem to be in the thick of it today.

Issue 1
It seems some users are having difficulties with the help desk with the new version. I'll get the programmers to look into it but during the beta testing it was found this issue would only affect users who had help desk cookies already.

The fix was quite simple, change the language to something else and then change it back to english.

I'll still get the programmers to look into it however.

Issue 2
Many users reported that their licenses were coming back as invalid. I believe this was an issue related with DNS and the discussion for this issue is located at http://www.nicecoder.com/community/f...ccessing-7747/

This issue should be fixed and now users will unfortunately need to wait for DNS to update.
