Some users have had issues trying to submit emails to custom [at] nicecoder.com and we assumed everything was working fine as some emails were getting through.
I decided to dig deeper into the issue and at first suspected iDesk as being the culprit. The issue was a messed up index for the mailbox and it has since been repaired.
While there were only a few emails stuck they have now been delivered to the help desk and users should have received a ticket response. You will receive a reply from me tomorrow (it's too late tonight).
