Last week the programmers were having connectivity issues with their ISP. This issue continued for them yesterday and a backup provider was added.
When I went to bed they were still configuring their network and were not online yet. My hope is that everything will be up and running today without issues.
This accounts for delays in responses from level 2 support issues and custom work in the last week or so.
Please accept my apologies as we work through this to ensure that we can provide you with the service you need.
In an unrelated note, all custom work requests (custom [at] nicecoder.com) are now going through the help desk so that issues may be tracked and users can be responded to quickly and efficiently.
