Upgrade Listing Problem

When trying to upgrade a listing on our site the upgrade listing type dropdown box is empty. Any ideas on what would cause this?

Disregard this post, somehow my default prices were erased and therefore there was not different levels to upgrade to. This has been resolved :-)

Ok, next issue lol... I now am configuring the paypal portion of the site, when upgrading a listing the amount is not populated on the paypal site and would need to be manually entered by the client. Any ideas why the pricing is not being carried over?
