Tired of waiting

TODAY I BOUGHT a new licence (order 8155) and i install the version 2.4 of indexu but i still have the problem to add links that i have too at indexu 1.3.2! (I mentioned this issue here)
I am be waiting for one week with enough patience! Today boring from waiting i buy a new indexu licence to test if the problem was indexu version!!
My users add a link and they receive an confirmation message of link sent. I also receive an email of "Pending Resource" but when i go to admin to validate the links there aren´t any links to accept!!

P.S. I can add links from the admin area!

I hope that this time the response is quick and efficient!

is it a brand new install , any custom fields or anything?

Im no support but i do mind helping to try and troubleshoot the problem.

Yes, i have a lot of custom fields.... do you think that could be "custom fields" ?!
It´s a new install.... i try with other templates ... and all the same problem...

well , step by step i will go there. I replace my idx_link table for a fresh table (the one that become with indexu without custom fields) and the add links problem as gone.

Now i have to discover here is the problem.... the idx_link table have the custom fields there.... it could be that... i will see...

Well ... i delete all the custom fields ( from admin area, not phpmyadmin) and that solve my problem! Before this problem i had import the table custom_fields from another website. Maybe that caused that problem. (but the rows at idx_links and custom_fields coincided)....

Im no expert in coding or anything so sometimes i tend to hold back on putting up answers on here... but i dont mind putting ideas out based on situations ive had myself in the past.

I have a similar problem and I have been waiting around 3 weeks with no help. I cant add categories and when i imported categories I now cannot add any links to my site.
I have to added any custom fields. Can anyone help please?

i have tried adding link through admin , i get an email to say a link has been added but nothing is added. the link does not have resource id other than 0

Is it a fresh install mate? what i tend to do is if all else fails , go back to basics, install a fresh version , check to see if it works, if it doesnt then im guessing its a server issue , if it works then i slowly readd back in my modifications one by one until i find out whats causing it... its a long slow process but i find it works for me (by works i mean i get the end result... always wish it was faster though)
