Sitemap Generator Gone CRAZY AGAIN!

It was working fine buy few days ago it went crazy again! Sitemap Generator just won't complete generating the whole site and fail to ping. I have adjusted php memory and check sitemap.php and play around with the settings but still it won't fully generate

How many links and categories do you have?

we have 1083 cat with above 500 000 links. It was working fine before with almost the same amount of links and no category changes suddenly it just stop generating. PHP was fine with more than enough memory allocated for both php and mysql was optimized for heavy usage.

Also since you have replied this post there is another urgent question which we will like to ask. Is there any way we can integrate sphinx onto indexu. We have already successfully installed sphinx search onto our server and looking into integrating it onto indexu. Since you are the developer of this script we though you might know better. Possible if you can provide us with the right php coding which can help to save alot of time working around and playing around with the script

Did you try to run sitemap by telnet/ssh session ?

I have a heavy sitemap and i must run it under ssh to be find.
