RSS FEED not showing

I am trying to use another RSS feed instead of the defaults that came with indexu, I replaced the RSS URL, in index.html of my theme, and in the blocks, but nothing appears,

I had a similar problem this week... The feeds.searchenginewatch.com/sem ( default ) wasn't displaying anything. I then changed it to a Google feed, which did display something, but it was all over the page. I then used a Yahoo feed and was able to get it to display, and display correctly.
