I have major problem. When I try to add a listing I'm unable to select a category, the list is blank. Can anyone help please?

try Disable Category AJAX update category path if that doesn't work go into your database and check if the category id or positioning is having any conflict

Try "update category path" in admin panel.

admin panel > categories > update category path

Just did a quick check on your website. You have incorrect category structure. How do you populate them ?

Incorrect structure at category: (cid=1) Multiservices
Incorrect structure at category: (cid=8) West Palm Beach
Incorrect structure at category: (cid=121) Churchs

Ok, I moved them to top category and update category path. It fixed the problem.
You may want to move them to the correct category (change the parent category).
