Install status OK - and problem with templates

(my english language is bad, so sorry)

All stages of installation was OK (passed etc). Only I can't use any templates

I try delete file .htaccess and effect is same.

PHP version: 5.2.14

Can you help me?

It seems the css not loaded. Try to fix the browse's view source and see the css url is correct.

If it is not correct you may need to change the 'site_url' setting in admin panel > option > setup
