I deleted admin user by error
How I add new admin from Database?

Have You deleted whole table idx_users or just only and amin account ?

If you dleted only user:

1. run PHPMYADMIN (hope you have an access to such soft on your hosting)
2. find idx_users atble
3. open it
4. add new row
5. fill USERNAME as admin and PASSWORD as an admin in a plain text and EMAIL
6. save it :0)

If you want to reset password you can use script from dowloaded installation (look at directory do_not_upload)
