I am really getting pissed

Being a long term customer of IndexU I am really getting pissed off. The DMOZ extractor pugin is not working, the auto tweet plugin seems to go dead and not updateing the tweeter account at all and the problem with the auto cache.

The support team sucks

Best of all I DON'T EVEN GET ANY REPLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

With the dmoz extractor i can´t help you. I have the same problem here! Maybe i can help you with the auto cache. What´s the problem?
Since bruceper has gone that support sucks my friend. It´s a reality !

I have resolved the auto cache myself quite sometime ago but its the auto tweet which is having problem now. My tweeter is not updating the latest added

Same problem and Dodo replied to one email to upgrade email I sent and haven't heard anymore!
I paid FSDAG to do the work but he just took my money and will not answer anything now!!!!!
What is going on with support????

I have tried numerous times to install this script. I finally got past the database problems, uploaded the key and still nothing but an error message. If there is anyone that knows what their doing could you email me. rocklandsocial@hotmail.com
