    Smile How to Edit, basic Premium & Sponsored Listings?

    Hi, Can anybody help please.

    HOw is it possible to .
    1. Change the appearance of the Premium and Sponsored listings. IE, Change the border and the Background colour?
    2. Is there a plugin that would allow point 1, plus also allow for the paramets of the Listing to be changed...Ie basic. 150 characters, Premium 250, Sponsored 500.
    3. The new Index2.3 Upgrade, allows for an image to be added..Why Where does this show up?
    4. Also Index 2.3 allows Address info? Can and how is this used with regards to Google Maps?

    A few question but hopefully someone can assist with this?

    Maybe Nicecoder programmers can advise on the Plugin?

    thanks John

    John and I spoke about this earlier...

    It would be GREAT if the programmers could create a plugin that would allow ( or even just add this to the backend Admin section ) for us to change the colors of the Premium and Sponsored listings. I'm 99.9% sure the only way to make this change currently is by editing core IndexU files, which leaves upgrading a problem for the future.

    I haven't really seen any new plugins added to IndexU Templates for a while now. It would be great if points 1 and 2 above could be created as plugins and added to IndexUTemplates. I know people have been asking for these two things since IndexU 5.4

    1. To edit the colour at the moment you need to edit main.css in your themes/theme_name folder.

    for komet
    you need to change this line
    Code:
    .premium_link_rows .premium_rows {
      background: #DFFFDB;
    }
    .sponsored_link_rows .sponsored_rows {
      background: #FFE0E2;
    2. At the moment we don't have this plugin.

    3. You need to add image in your admin panel by editing listing (Link -> Search/edit/delete)

    4. If the listing have address, city, state, zip the google map will be displayed automatically.

    We will consider it to add feature to change the background colour of premium and sponsored listing.

    Default Selecting Listing type!

    Also......

    If a client wished to select say!!! a Sponsored listing in lets call it Category A.... and they want a FREE/Basic Listing in Category B...can this be done?

    As at present it looks like they would have to have sponsored listing in both ( or three) categories?

    Just wondering if this flexibility is there or can be built in?

    thanks

    I have paid for custom work done by pungky in deluxe 1.1. that made the following things possible;

    basic: up to 100 char keywords, 500 description, 1 image
    premium: up to 250 char keywords, 1000 description, 2 images
    sponsored: up to 500 char keywords, 1500 description, 3 images

    It worked like a charm, but after I upgraded to deluxe 2.3 this adv_char_counter plugin does not work anymore.

    I tried to contact pungky several times asking if he can fix it, or tell me how to fix it, but no reply.
    I can not access the iDesk support area anymore as my email ids are not registered anymore , and the ticket ID is also not active anymore.

    now what to do ?
