How do i create a Category database and then upload

Any tips for a newbie on how i can create a databse in word and then be able to upload?

Newbie would be best to click the X in the top right window of word ....

Export the table of the database from mysql which has the cats... then open that file in Excel

Then play around with it..... uploading is abit of a mission but get through to that stage first and i can post more details on it
