How Do I activate Plugins?

How do I activate plugins, I tried in the admin area but I do not see any of the plug ins any more, even the plugin menu does not have the drop down menu option any more, this in version 2.3

If you click the plugins menu it takes me to a page which shows them all, and a little button which you can click to load them up from the looks, thats in 2.3 for me....

which also shows the latest version is 2.2? i think that needs updating

I click on the Plug in menu and nothing happens, it doesn't even have the little blue arrow for drop down menu. All other menus work prefectly but the Plug in menu.
Should I log a help request?

By the way what about a home link on the admin area so it takes you back to the first page of admin.

At the moment there is no link there to the you there and it is needed.

I have the same and other problems after updating to 2.3:

1. When logged into the Admin , the Plugins menu does not open,

2. the custom work on the Add listing form that was done for me for deluxe 1.4 is not working anymore in 2.3

3. the translated email templates I had, have all been overwritten with the original templates

mine was a complete install of 2.3 so maybe thats why im not having the issue....

It seems there is an issue with the update. I've checked with the fresh installer and everything works. Can you tell me from what version you upgrade?

I upgraded from 1.4

Since I have upgraded to 2.4 I also get "Internal Server Error" every now and then. Why is that?

The upgrade from 2.2 to 2.3 looks fine. I'm not having any of issues reported here

after upgrade to 2.3
by clicking the Plugins menu-button at the top-right of the Admin
nothing happens
