I am waiting for responses to 2 questions I left with support, but no answer after 1 day. I probably should have more patience, but I need to keep moving with my projects.

I purchased Indexu somewhere in 2007. I just purchased a support upgrade, but I am not able to download the templates I used to have access to 3 years ago, and I see these are now sold on a separate website. I would still like to have access to them, as well as the mods I purchased.
