Database on deluxe

Hi,

would anyone know, if I export the db from a site using indexu 5.4.1, can i import it to a new site using latest deluxe 2.x without any problem?

that should be fine.

just make sure that you back everything up. i've had to do that to a couple of sites that i own. the whole process of that would be done on the database page in the admin area.

wait for another response in this thread to make sure, but form my last recall, it should be fine. just double check and verify.

back up everything just in case.

I just did this and it worked. Just make sure you have the same encoding on the new site, if not all the foreign characters will be messed up.
