UsenetPlus has been using IndexU for quite a while now and is a niche directory for usenet relates websites.

Traffic isn't huge but steadily increasing monthly. The site has undergone a number of changes and updates over time all the way from indexu 3.1 and now in it's last incarnation to 5.4.

Not all changes and updates are complete, but since the site is live and the users are typically understanding of updates I made the updates and changes live as well with a minimum of downtime during the upgrade.
