    Default Indexu/google

It took google les than 1,5 month to fined almost al pages of the site, bud let me give you some tips. Nr 1 get inkomming links from other sites to your site this is the best way for you to get a visitor from the bot. The higher the pagerank of your site the more google will visit your site. Nr 2 create a site map where you list al top categories. you can also read more info on forums like www.geeksonsteroids.com. if you have any more questions you can sent me a PM

Good question if I may say so. Google does not like me. Only about 9500 pages in an other hand Yahoo love me, 350.000 pages. I do not know why Google is so mean to me does any one has a good explanation?

    Hello All,

We can't say that first. But google spider googlebot will index your pages like anything in a few days (Assume 30 days) even for 10,000 pages, or links. B'caz the link structure in indexu is well. Make ready your site and submit for google crawl and just relax. You get visitors from the second month, i have proven results, but don't ask me to show you.

    I highly recomend indexu.

176.000 pages indexed in 9 months. ( we started with 0 PageRank, new site ) We get Highly targeted organic traffic now. Maybe because we are specialized in one not so popular but profitable niche.
Traffic is rising stable +30% a month. ( after last Jagger Update +200% )

I think also when you just make a 10.000 Th copy of dmoz you will never have a profitable site, Jagger update also used different algorithmes so making back links isn't a way to tell the importance of a site anymore. ( Just writing content, day after day, is the way to go with a indexu site. )

    greetings

I forgot to redirect non www. domain requests to www.mydomain.com and got hit bad on duplicate content filters

Remember to restrict access to detail.php on robots.txt to avoid this on individual listings... just incase a detail.php link is around (like on the "get rated" code)

Also, get links to inner pages if your directroy is deep this is very important - it helps get loads more pages indexed (also on msn)

    Ps.
couldnt access Nicecoder.com for the last month, IP blocking at the host or somthing, come back and heres v5 ?

Just purchased liscences for 3 other link directroies now, so i guess indexU missed out this time. Going to build 1 other directory using version 5 to see how it goes.

Main IndexU sites : | Campsite Directory | Tourist Guide | Places2B | AfterDirectory <-- Half price submission using coupon DP50 (from just $11 premium, and $10 basic permanent )

The point is NOT to get Google or other search engines to spider every single page...only the ones with fresh or relevent content / listings.

I would recommend a Google sitemap. Check this thread: Google XML Sitemap
