Nice, it's a general directory. Hopefully the PR will raise well and you can charge more. I see that to set permanent paid listing you set it to 9999 days. In next version you may use permanent listing so the paid listing will never expire. And also you can set the price for basic listing.

Choice, you might choose good titles for your pages, and good meta tags to better target your Adsense ads.

Your ads are not really at the best place on the pages.

It's forbidden to tell on a forum the results of Adsense, and the cluck percentage. But you can get very good results by optimising the targeting, the place and the colors of your Adsense.
