............. try to reduce the graphics size ! the logo is 56 kb alone !still need some work

the way links are displayed [featured and normal] links .............. is very attracting
............. can we know how did you make it ?

browse.php in v3.1 already has a sp_cat_rows.html files that is used to display the "featured" link.
You have to set up the featured link ( in the Admin Control pane ).

I think I forgot to cruch the header...I'll look at it
The links display is done by using regular html, some graphics and lots of anger management classes
