I just started new general directory, indexu.net. The template is modified version from simpla (indexuthemes.com), just changing the color and rearrange the layout. Took me less than 6 hour for me to make the website online, mostly i spend to work with photoshop.

I'll write a tutorial later how to build and promote this website. You know i got plenty submission in the first day

nice, but I noticed that when you load a page, like index, It shows the new and updated links, but suddenly shrinks to show only catagories.

I tries searching for "forum", it showed 2 catagories and 8 listings, then shrunk to show the header only.

i have no problem with firefox, but i have the same problem with ie.
must be css problem.

Try to search 'web directory'. See how I implement sponsored and premium listing. Well I really satisfied my script

Another good news, I just got link upgrade to premium listing. It really surprised me. I got my first dollar in my first day

For PR0 website, $5 for one year premium listing and $10 for one year sponsored listing.

By the way, the guy who gave me this secret is the owner of evolinks.com who is indonesian like me . He use indexu just about few months ago, and he has earned thousands dollar. Very nice.

Today I found something interesting. I found google has indexed 1610 pages!

I just updated the design. Traffic is now about 300-500 unique/day, and adsense give me about $0.5/day. Not bad at all.
So far I have 8 paid listing. All sponsored listing @$10/year. I'm happy with the progress.
