just a couple of things:

underneath the row of pics at the top you spell it categorie...should it be category?

this is just my opinion, which means absolutely nothing: but I felt a little overwhelmed by all the subcats on the main page. I realize you have just 9 categories but maybe you could display just the top 3 or top 5 in popularity (there is a way to order them). but like I said that is just my personal opinion which you should certainly consider not to be worth much, if any at all. But, a very nice looking site with lots of content! Surfers gotta love that!

The site looks great! I can tell you spent some time on customizing this one.

I have to agree with esm on the sub categories though. It's kind of overwhelming and it makes it a little difficult to read. Of course, this is just my opinion too!

I would like to thank all of you for input on the site. I do agree that there are way too many categories on the front page. After completing our research on Google and all the changes Google made the last 3 months I might be stuck with most of them on the front page. I did try two columns on http://www.hawaii-search.com/index.php and it might be a little easier to read. Let me know.

There is still a lot to finish up but 90% of the work was setting up the 1000 categories and inputting the 4000 sites.

I have 4000 more keywords that I have to build pages for over the next 12 months.

One early positive note is that with the linking structure between my sites and my clients, this site got 300 pages indexed by Google with in 48 hours of going live. Now just have to wait the 6 weeks for Google to update and give me a page rank.

nice looking site, I became a moderator, but I havent been able to add new sites, why? probably because when I go check new sites there is none new, is there an option to let moderators know when a new site is added? that would give me the change of at least knowing when new sites come in...
