I have made a unofficial launch of deepcrawl.com .
I am using IndexU lite version for the same.

Its a directory and search engine for search engine community.

Do comment on the simple layout and the content of the site.

Also, if any of you are running a directory or search engine, its time, you get listed in deepcrawl.com. Go ahead and submit ur directories.

Right off the bat I'd say you definitely need some kind of logo. Also, that design seems very basic. I'd try adding some color.

for me the site looks ok! Just compare to google. They have one of the simplest layouts I've seen for a website. Simple layout doesn't necessarily mean a bad website. Usabillity is most important!

Two things I would change. Center your logo (link it to home too) and get the function links in one row. Maybe a bit smaler, if it doesn't fit!
