    Default Ok...

    Using the link you posted:
Your Link to Us page is incomplete.
I cannot register to get an account.
    I cannot add a listing.

Digging around some I found a link that took me to http://24find.com/directory/ which had a place to register but not a way to add a listing.

Also, you may have edited header.html and footer.html in cp so it doesn't agree with the same files in themes.

    Default Errors Fixed I Hope

I found the problem with the inability to register and submit to the directory or article directory.

What would be missing from the link to us page? (understand please that I am new to this)
    Any other problems?

    Thanks

    Default

It is complete, but you should offer a box with code in it so that users can just copy and paste to their own website.

Default Code is a Good Idea

How would I do that without it actually creating the link?

Do I place it within a frame or a table, or is there a "special way" to place the text on the page?

    Default Part of the answer

The program comes with the code and examples for Reciprocal URL to create the Link to Us page.

That is what you must have deleted from your site.

It looks like you have been doing some editing and zapped some things.

Been there, done that, did it again, learned to make daily backup of all theme code before editing for the day. Now when I really mess it up I can go back a day or two and start over. Not a single back up but literally one for every day. Trust me. If you are as new to this as me, it will save you HOURS or even DAYS of time at some point.
